Two long awaited Bachelor’s Completion Degree programs are coming to the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center located at 44219 Airport Road, California MD in Fall 2010. Washington Adventist University, formerly Columbia Union College, will offer the Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies in Early Childhood/ Special Education, a dual teacher certification program. They also will offer a Bachelor in Liberal Studies in Early Care and Education, which is ideal for the 967 child care programs in the southern Maryland Tri-County area.
